Perfect Smile Dental Plan separates itself from other insurance policies by not loading itself with limitations or restrictions, this is a new and easy-to-manage dental plan that can save you hundreds of dollars. Not only is this plan exclusively offered by Huntingdon Valley Dental Arts, but it is also simple, straight forward, and entitles you to the best cosmetic, restorative, and reconstructive dentistry in the Delaware Valley.
Here’s how the plan works. Once you pay the annual fee and it has been received, you will be entitled to discounted dental services for 12 months. Members, spouses, and dependent children who are under the age of 19 or are fulltime students up to 23 years old are eligible for the Perfect Smile Dental Plan. The annual fee for an individual is $250 ($534 value) and each additional child on the plan is $150. New patient exams and/or single periodic exams, full series x-rays and/or four bite wing x-rays fees would be no charge on this plan.
Please note that this plan is not dental insurance and cannot be used if you’re covered by any dental insurance.
