Don’t worry about dental care expenses for you and your family anymore! Unlike complicated insurance policies loaded with limitations or restrictions, this is a new, easy-to-manage dental plan. The “Perfect Smile” Dental Plan is a simple, straight-forward dental care plan offered exclusively by Huntingdon Valley Dental Arts. This plan entitles you the best cosmetic, restorative and reconstructive dentistry in the Delaware Valley!
Once the annual fee is paid and received for the membership program you will be entitled to discounted fee dental services for 12 months. Members, spouses and dependent children under the age of 19 or full-time students up to 23 years of age are eligible.

Each Additional Child….$ 200.00
